[0:04] Now, there are a lot of ways to interpret
the word "advanced," so let's walk through
[0:09] what you'll learn, what you won't learn, and
I'll give you a breakdown of the course.
[0:14] A course is designed to help you break
away from traditional link building tactics
[0:18] that everyone is doing and improve your
processes to create a highly effective
[0:23] link building team.
[0:25] You'll learn how to find prospects with what
I call the "seed and lookalike" approach, craft
[0:30] personalized and benefit-rich outreach
emails, and you'll learn how to validate
[0:34] your link building campaigns with minimal
efforts using a process called a "blitz list."
[0:41] On top of that, I'll show you how to structure your
team and manage it to maximize your efficiency
[0:46] and scale your link building operations.
[0:49] Now, we won’t spend any time talking about
common link building tactics like guest posting,
[0:54] or resource page link building.
[0:56] We already have in-depth tutorials on these
tactics on our YouTube channel and blog.
[1:01] Instead, we'll be peeling back the layers
of the stages of link building to make your
[1:06] efforts more efficient and effective.
[1:08] And that's exactly how this course is organized.
[1:11] There are five modules in this course.
[1:14] And if you're watching this at the time of release,
we'll be publishing one module per week.
[1:18] The first module is all about strengthening
your fundamentals in link building.
[1:23] We'll talk about the role of content in link building.
[1:26] And I'll show you how to do a competitor
analysis to understand how a page got its links.
[1:32] These will be the building blocks to
module 2, which is on link prospecting.
[1:36] In this module, you'll learn how to use the seed
and lookalike prospecting model which will help
[1:41] you find solid link building opportunities that
your competitors probably don't know about.
[1:47] And we'll finish this module off with a lesson
on how to segment your prospects which is
[1:51] a key to scaling your campaigns
using the model that I'll be teaching.
[1:56] The third module is on vetting link prospects.
[1:59] We'll talk about how you can vet a list of
link prospects fast, the people you should
[2:03] be contacting and the order
they should be contacted.
[2:07] And we'll finish this module off with
a technique that I call the "Blitz List."
[2:12] And this is my absolute favorite way to
kickstart a campaign fast while validating
[2:16] your outreach campaigns.
[2:18] Next up is module 4 which is on link outreach.
[2:22] In this module, we'll talk about three link outreach
approaches and go deep into what I consider to be
[2:28] the best approach.
[2:29] Finally, we'll tackle arguably the hardest part
of the link building process and that's writing
[2:35] outreach templates that don't
sound and feel templated.
[2:39] And finally, we'll finish this course off with module 5,
which is on team building systems and workflows.
[2:46] In this module, you'll learn who you need to hire
for your link building team and discuss their roles
[2:51] and responsibilities.
[2:52] I'll show you how to create a link building
system that's customized for your organization.
[2:57] And we'll finish off this course by talking about
workflows and I'll give you an over the shoulder
[3:02] view of what a link building campaign
might look like in action.
