Local Data Layer

api.ts is the app's local data boundary. It reads and writes WeChat Mini Program storage through Taro and exposes the page-facing operations for anniversaries and migration codes.

There is no remote database in the current MVP. Keep network, account, and cloud-sync code out of this directory unless the product intentionally moves away from local-only storage.
