一个变狗的链接回来了

去年上了款产品，平常卖得还算可以，是做市场第二家，但只超出了一二十分。

上个月底突然变狗了，亚马逊发来的通知，还有对方的留言，一看就是竞品。

看来是最近推产品比较猛，价格低排名高，竞品不乐意了，毕竟之前相安无事差不多十个月。

下面我复制一下竞品的投诉内容：

As  Z, I created my P artwork and specifically designed the set and listed it on Amazon on 7/13/2020. These items and the P artwork were my idea, my design, my concept. This company Ll is a subsidiary of the Chinese based company Ac who saw and copied my design almost exactly, they copied my p exactly and also, they copied the look of the design. They are a Chinese based copycat company that has now created multiple listings with my idea and design. I have worked very hard to be an excellent Amazon partner with over 1500 5-star reviews. Thank you for your help with this infringement of my ideas, concepts and creations.

整体上，就是直接说我抄袭，加上特点句子，it is my idea，然后我就被下架了。

也没版权，也没专利，也没商标。

我看到就蒙了，因为整体跟对方差别还是挺大的，设计是我重新做的，还特意花钱购买，也做了付费调研。

后面第二个店铺的多变体也被投诉了，到现在都没回来。

我气不过，多账号直接反击。

就是之前忘记了，只填了一个变体 ，然后变狗之后的投诉，就直接无效。

本来想写封和解信的，但是细想也没必要，开发其他类型的产品吧，争取做到市场第一家。

链接变狗时，我把之前的资料和知无不言的大部分讨论又都看了一遍，然后用DMCA申诉的，整体周期是21天。

这批货卖完，不搞了，还是开发藏头露尾，长尾蓝海的小产品吧。
