——我离托福考试只剩21天。

考试日期越来越近，我能说自己超级淡定，但是分数仍旧居低不上，练习是唯一途径，但也只有我在这里，悠哉悠哉地写暂时没人看的经济学人句型了。
让我来列一下口语的备考方法吧，算是看了那么多遍文章，对自己做个总结。
材料：历年真题&高效段子
段子：背诵过程中，通过录音控制质量，听录音，若有任何卡顿、重复或者语法错误，则重录
方式：反复录音，直至无措、无卡顿
刷题：只是为了熟悉体型，内化口语素材，以及语言表达能力，切不可盲目乱刷，要强化反应速度，必须录音，并且回听检查错误并纠正
背诵：45s完成复述，超时重来，没有错误，没有非自然停顿，语音准确，语调自然，能够准确说出背诵内容中各个表达的意思
题量：每天刷5-10个历年独立话题，一套综合口语，Task3、Task5的复述工作
录音流程：
对着题目，写简略提纲
对着简略提纲，串句子，不要赶时间，慢慢说，一遍一遍来，每一次都比上一次尽量减少语音语法错误
听录音，记下自己所犯的语法错误，和可以改进的词句
重新对着提纲，串句子，要求保持质量、慢慢提速，并且注意错误不要重犯，加入新改进的词句
重复步骤四，直至可以流利、连贯、无语法错误地在45s内打完整个题目
最好的办法：不听录音，每次录完，都要去听，仔细找音频里面的任何缺陷，因为你现在的缺陷，在考场上就会被放大，包括但不限于，语音、语调、吞音、连读、弱读、母语者自然的语言特点。
勇敢踏出第一步，时间紧，能力强，消化快，保证练习质量，执行力强，学习习惯好，绝不拖延。

这段话是个大排比句，需要学习的单词有三个 mask, champion, defend
mask: cover something in order to hide it
champion: publicly support a set of beliefs, political aims, or a group of people
defend: say things that is being criticized
这样的词，极其适合用在辩论作文中，来做观点的呈现。

这明显是个强调句，但是反面强调。
contentious：argumentative, quarrelsome, wrangling

典型句型熟记于心，地道表达脱口而出。然后写作文和练口语就完全不是事儿了。
因为基本的观点靠你平常积累，这个和平常的读书与思考是有关的，即与你用母语表达的水平有关。
至于外语水平，就看积累了多少短语和句式了。那么多句式，就是为了在考场上短时间内，搭个框架然后把自己的观点田进去就好。
