多次翻了连岳微公号上所有文章，昨天我找到一篇破解我疑惑的经典，遂翻译下，和To the young afraid of poorness这篇同为消散我在人生路上遇到的不安和定心丸，加深印象略为心安。

一个人之所以出色，那意味着出身、门第、阶层、学习教育等等限制，是阻挠不了他的。渴望出色的你，自然不会被这些因素吓到。

That one is outstanding means the barriers of birth, family, backgrounds, education etc. can not stop him or her. So thirty for being wonderfulness, you won't be scared naturally by these factors.

绝大多数人（包括年轻人），往往承认自己是普通人，也甘心一辈子当一个普通人。我也是其中一个。

Most people (the young included), always admit they are ordinary, as well willing to be. I am one of them.

从概率来看，99.9999999%的人是普通人，改变世界的天才，几代人里，全球就那么几个人，人很难也机会“不普通”。

In probability, 99.9999999% fluctuates on the average. And the geniuses who change the world, turn out a few out of generations all over the globe. Chances are rare to "not be special" for human.

一个资质一般的人，硬要以为自己“不普通”， 往往是痛苦之源，焦虑、愤怒、嫉妒源源不断：我这么普通，都是因为别人阻拦。

One with mediocre intelligence still insists his specialty, which always derives the agony: continuous anxiety, anger, envy——so ordinary I am, all because of others' obstructing.

这世界最公平的地方在于：天才是一生，普通人也是一生，天才所有的乐趣，普通人也能得到。

The justice of this world lies in that: the geniuses live once and the average people do too. All the pleasure of the former, can be acquired by the latter.

幸福、富足与快乐，长久来看，与你的努力与德行是匹配的——这样的普通人并不好当，依我看来，至少得做到以下几点：

Happiness, richness and joy, in the long run, matches with your endeavor and morality——not easy to achieve. In my perspective, you need follow these points at least:

有立身之本，也就是你能赚到钱。你通过学习与训练，掌握了比较难替代的本事——不一定高大上，一位出色的前台或秘书，也很难替代。

You have one to stand on, namely you could earn money by it. Through learning and training, you master skills that are pretty difficult to master——maybe not so elegant, you know, even one wonderful receptionist or secretary is hard to substitute.

情绪稳定。你能克制，不大起大落，大喜大悲，今天一个主意，明天又一个做法，人生永远动荡，永远简陋。更别放纵自己的嫉妒与仇恨，那将浪费你有限的脑力，因为你得掩饰与美化自己的动力，你还得将比你强、比你阔的人形容的很坏。

Stable in mood. You are able to self-control, neither rise and fall sharply, nor excited and sad rapidly. Never one idea for today, another practice on tomorrow. Never keep turbulent in life. Never be crude in life. Let alone yourself abandoned in envy and enmity, which will waste your limited mental power because you have to conceal and beautify your motivation and try describing the ones stronger and richer than you as wicked.

有耐心做一件事。二十出头，什么也没有，这是正常的。你想要的的，技能、财富、或你说的思想和不普通，只有靠缓慢的积累，才能得到。

Be patient to complete one task. In your twenties, nothing in hand is normal. Everything you want: skills, wealth, or the ideology and unusualness, only could be obtained through gradual accumation.

眼高手低，纸上谈兵，好吃懒做的不称职的普通人太多了，你能先当好一个普通人吧，已经是了不起的成就，至少战胜了全国60%的普通人。

People who have high standards but little ability, fight merely on paper and partake happily but work lazily are soooooooo many as an unqualified ordinary person. You are supposed to be an ordinary one, which is a great achievement. To say the least, then you defeat 90% of them in the nation.
