阅读英文杂志的相关因素：
动机，水平，时间，环境，心情。
就我而言，动机为提高水平：
——通过另一门语言来了解世界，提高阅读和写作能力（其实听说读写是一起的）；
——水平则是刚刚入门，大部分还是一脸懵逼，要潜心专研细细品鉴；
——时间取决于事情的安排顺序，可早起，可熬夜，姐有时间补其不足；
——环境则是最大变量，多月来练习质量之决定因素，最喜一个人品读无人扰；
——心情则无关紧要，有时候看完一篇杂文，心情极好，有时却被带歪掉进阴船。
刻意培养固定阅读习惯：
——快速浏览多篇文章，看标题，看文首，段首，文末，找到感兴趣，有困难，特无聊的部分；
——搜索维基百科查看其对《经济学人》的介绍，挑选只感兴趣的部分优先阅读；
——待闲暇时逐级过渡到较难部分，无趣者非此时机读矣；
——从你的专业背景只是出发寻找，晲一安静之地，寻一独处时光；
——带上谷歌搜索及耳机，时或有幸遇到一篇佳文，可反复把玩其词句推敲之言；
——若是并无闲时也无好景伴读，只想硬读文章学些词句，可于电梯，于等车，于乘车，于排队，于厕所，于任何片隙顷刻之际，简读一篇，上等文色者，再于下次精读，温习笔记；
——若是钱粮足备，可购入纸质，下载软件，先略读其要义，再当时间充裕之时，细读慢会之。
把玩篇章句法之能耐：
——找到使你倍觉惊奇之句，在开头，在结尾，在段中；
——或许是词句雕琢有方；
——或许是小词安和达意；
——或许是篇章说理让人心服口服。
读文如读人，唯多，方可破。
