哈哈，有时间写一写我的收获了。

Shift 1: the power of choice

You are responsible.

这句话给我的震撼，以及醍醐灌顶远不足以用文字表达。

简单的一句话：你为自己负责。

但这确实多少人多少时候看不破的误区。

这一句，点破了所有的拖延症，所有的不努力。

当然，运气除外。

If it is to be, it is up to me.

You stop playing the victim to external circumstances and take responsibility for your life.

You are responsible for how you respond to life.

you are 100% responsible for your marriage/ exams / health / mood.....

You made choices and now there are consequences.

There are nop bad teams, only bad leaders.

Every choice has a cost and consequence.

这句话就是取舍问题：舍得舍得，有舍才有得。

We control our actions, but the consequences that flow from those actions are controlled by principles.

唯一避免坏结果的事情是，学习游戏法则，运用它们获利。

Once you realize that every choice ——even small ones ——will yield an outcome, you can then decide which outcomes you want. No choice is free. Every choice is tied to an outcome. Thusm every choice hasd meaning.

The final consequence and cost of every choice is TIME! You can't get your time back.

当然你可以吃一堑长一智，但这些都有成本。一旦你认识到这一点，你就会尽量减少不必要的活动。

Success and happiness is a choice.

成功、健康、幸福都只是结果，是副产品，是效应，不是原因。

原则是原因，但你可以控制原则——你的行动。

环境差？

那就美化。

Confidence is a direct reflection of past performance.

因此，昨天比今天更加重要。

但昨天已无法改变，这无可奈何。

但是今天就是明天的昨天。

所以你明天的自信情况，现在正握在你的手中。

momentum is essential.

Consistency is key to developing momentum.

关于合作与竞争的误区：

Shift 2: The power of context

When you are a student, you actively seek to have your paradigm shattered.

You care more about learning than what other people think about you.

这个第三点，我还是没做到，暂时还是完全凭着兴趣来。

不可取。

然后是想着双赢、表达、合作。

很烂的词，但是用英语来理解，却有奇效。

core components of mental model:

10x thinking

when 10x is your measuring stick, you immediately see how you can bypass what everyone else is doing.

If you have a 10-year plan of how to get somewhere, you should ask: Why can't I do this in 6 months?

每次读到这里都激动不已正如这句话：

what you might you do to accomplish your 10-year goals in the next 6 months, if you had a gun against your head?

我们大部分做事，都是

1. 时间太多
   

2. 没有恐惧

3. 无关紧要

   
   

这个设想，只是expect that the question will productivity bvreak your mind, like a butterfly shattering a chrysalis to emerge with new capabilities.

我觉得，秋叶大叔已经达到这种状态了，从个人单干讲PPT，到组团开发课程，再到现在的那句话：

确保自己可以做那些没有意义的事情，一个没字，才是格局。
